An early participant in Ethereum’s Initial Coin Offering (ICO) has transferred 1,500 ETH, worth approximately $6 million, to the Kraken crypto exchange after nearly eight years of inactivity. The transaction has drawn attention from on-chain analysts tracking the movements of long-dormant wallets.

According to reports from data analysis firm Lookonchain, the wallet first received 20,000 ETH during the project’s 2014 ICO, an initial investment valued at just $6,200 at the time. This recent move highlights the massive returns early backers have seen on their investment.

The transfer from the wallet, identified by the address “0x60D…E932,” was reportedly executed in two separate transactions early Wednesday morning, signaling the first time these specific funds have moved in almost a decade.
