In a move bridging traditional markets with decentralized finance, on-chain liquidity provider StableStock has partnered with decentralized exchange Native to launch 24/7 trading of tokenized U.S. equities on the BNB Chain. The initiative brings real-world stocks to the blockchain, allowing users to trade them around the clock using stablecoins.

The initial launch includes nearly $10 million worth of assets, giving investors on-chain exposure to a diverse range of securities. The first batch features tech giants like Tesla (sTSLA) and Nvidia (sNVDA), popular mid-cap stocks such as Coinbase (sCOIN), and several thematic assets, including sQQQ and sCOPX. Users can access these markets directly through the swap feature on StableStock’s website or via integrated platforms like Native Swap and OKX Wallet.

Each tokenized asset adheres to StableStock’s sToken standard, which ensures it is fully backed and maintains a 1:1 peg with its corresponding real-world share. This structure allows the tokens to be freely used across the broader Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem.

The Dawn of StockFi

StableStock is branding this new frontier as “StockFi”—a fusion of stocks and DeFi aimed at decentralizing global equities. While crypto has successfully brought currencies, commodities, and credit on-chain over the last decade, stocks have largely remained in the traditional financial system. StableStock’s multi-layered infrastructure connects custody, issuance, and trading to finally bring this major asset class into the world of DeFi.

“Stocks will become the next great on-chain asset class—after stablecoins,” said Zixi Zhu, CEO of StableStock. “StockFi isn’t just a concept; it’s a structural shift already underway. As real equities gain on-chain liquidity and programmability, the boundaries of global finance are being redrawn.”

A Phased Approach to On-Chain Equities

The company has outlined a three-phase roadmap to realize its vision. The first phase, Infrastructure, is currently active with the Native launch, focusing on connecting traditional finance rails and enabling stablecoin purchases of real stocks. The second phase, Ecosystem Products, will introduce services for earning yield and trading with leverage. This includes the launch of StableVault, planned for November 2025, and StableLeverage in early 2026.

The final phase, Open Collaboration, aims to empower other developers to build new financial products on StableStock’s foundation, such as stock-backed stablecoins, perpetuals, and options contracts. Backed by investors including YZi Labs, MPCi, and Vertex Ventures, StableStock is positioned to make real-world stocks as programmable and accessible as stablecoins.
